Boil and
cold 500 gr milk with 500 gr sugar. Whip 3 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of
milk and 3 tablespoons sugar. Steam cook that. While steaming, add 3
parts chocolate.Cool it off. MIx it with previously done milk and
sugar. Add 200 gr alcohol and 100 gr rum. Pour into bottles and leave
for 3 days. Shake bottles before serving.
