Round slice 2 leeks and fry in hot oil, add choped garlic cloves(2-3 cloves). then add 250 gr of peeled and sliced tomato(remove seeds). After that add 1-2 cube sliced potato.Pour 1 1/4 l water,salt and boil for another 30 minutes.
