Whip 500 gr
of chicken drumsticks, salt them, roll into pepper and oregano. Fry in
hot oil. Remove from frying pan and in the same oil put 1 pear chopped
to piesces, banana, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 tablesoons mint, 2
tablespoons chilli sauce. Stir and boil for a bit then spread it all
over chicken. Serve with mashed potato or rice.
