You need 80
gr fish filletes baked on a tablespoon of butter, then leave them on
warm place. Take frying pan and pour in 4 tablespoons brandy, 2/3
cup sour cream and 3 tablespoons orange juice and cook until it lessens
down to half. Pour sauce over filletes, sprinkle with 4
tablespoons pistachio, decorate with orange-peel.
